Australian squad without Symonds

Hi friends, Good morning to all of you. My love towards cricket is making me to write another post on cricket. Australia will tour India in the coming month that is October 2008 and they have to defend the Border Gavaskar Trophy but with young and inexperience team without Andrew Symonds.

I admire the way the Australian Cricket Board (now it is called "Cricket Australia") handle the affairs of Cricket in their country. What I like is no player is given more weightage in the team all are equally treated and performance is what is more important than the past glories or personal achievements of a individual player. This is the main reason why Aussies are able to produce great player’s continuously without any problem.

The domestic structure is awesome and players are keen to play more for their domestic team than to the national squad. Players never forget from where they came and respect their clubs and domestic team as well. There is separate players association which is setup by the former players and they are the members of this association and when any injustice happens to any player then this association will fight for the player against any body. If the player is found guilty of committing any mistake then the association will fight against that player as well.

When India last toured Australia under the captaincy of Anil Kumble, every one thought Australia will prepare some hostile pitches in their country to win the series against the Indians. But again the people’s prediction was made wrong and prepared some lovely sporting pitches for all the test matches.

It was unfortunate that umpiring was poor in this series and Australian team was criticized by their own media and people for not behaving properly on the field and the 2nd test played in Sydney, Jan 2008 was unfair match for the Indians. Harbhajan and Symonds incident was very poorly handled by the match referee. ICC should have come up with good pair of umpires insted of sticking with those old umpires.

Cricket Australia had punished Symonds for not showing full commitment towards the national team. Tell me how many countries will take much a bold step on famous player who is trump card for that team. This shows that no player is bigger than the game.

Symonds is still not coming out of that Harbhajan incident and he is not happy the way CA has handled the issue. But I personally feel Symonds too did not behave properly on the field, so, it was tit for tat matter, Harbhajan was punished for his bad language on field but ICC lifted the ban because other team too had misbehaved as well. ICC has not answer for the bad umpiring and so many controversies are coming out. So, ICC wanted to put an end to the controversies and get on with the game. In IPL too Harbhajan was punished for slapping Sreesanth. Harbhajan again escaped with small punishment but if he commits again then it is end of career for him.

Cricket Australia is giving chances to new players and I feel India should also try some new faces instead out of form players. BCCI is revolving around some set up players but frequent changing will not help the younger players to settle down. It is time for Sachin, Dravid, Ganguly and Laxman to show their batting aggression or else the series will be lost in the home.

This series will be covered by Neo Sports. I hope India come up with good performances and win back the Border Gavaskar Trophy which the Aussies won in their home 2-1. That’s all for now…More coming soon…signing off with love

Budding Star from South India

Good Morning...Have a lovely day after seeing this beauty... Namitha Kapoor is a popular Tamil actress.Born and raised in Gujarat, Namitha is another actress in the long list of heroines that made it in Telugu and Tamil movies. Her father is a businessman and her mother is a housewife. She became popular in the Tamil film Engal Anna with Vijayakanth. A Miss India contest brought Namitha to the Telugu film industry. After entering Tollywood, she immediately grabbed the attention of Telugu film lovers with Sontham and acted in Gemini as Bhairavi though the films didn’t fare well in the box office. Namitha appeared in an English film named Maya directed by Eric Manning. She has also Tamil and Malayalam films to her Credit.

After entering the Tamil film industry, she put on some weight, which around 2005, she claimed she lost by eating healthily at Subway. As of now, shes back to her voluptuous best.

She started out by participating in the Femina Miss India. She was born on May 10, 1980 in Surat, India. She has acted in Tamil, Kannada, Telugu, Hindi films. Although she started out in Telugu movies, she became famous after the Tamil film Engal Anna opposite Vijayakanth. She starred in the song "Arjuna Arjuna" along with Sarath Kumar, which ended up as a big hit. Being tremendously well endowed and very voluptuous, she's constantly cast in almost all her films, entirely for skin show.

She is the only daughter in her family. Namitha kapoor loves White and Black colors. White roses are her favorite flowers. Namitha swims and plays Badminton in her free time. Interestingly she used to coach swimming for kids.

The one and only movie I saw was Gemini, in this movie her co-star was Venkatesh and the Language was Telugu. The performance of Namitha in this movie was good.
