If I were not a...

If I were not a Human Being…….

I would like to be born as a Lotus Plant, on the soft and moist lake-bed. A symbol of purity and divinity, I would lead a short but meaningful life.

Breathing in the air from the waters of the lake, I would become an adult. Stretching from the depths of the lake-floor, reaching out for the sunlight, I would reach to the surface and bloom. As a sapling, I would have very little use, but as I grow so do my usefulness. Starting from my stem, reaching to my petals, each part of my body has some use.

My stem, can be cooked and is a delicacy for many. My leaves, are used for serving food. Here I compete with the plantain leaves, which are also used for serving food. However, my leaves are treated as a royalty, since they are difficult to obtain. My flowers, are treated as a symbol of divinity and sacredness. They are used for the worship of the God Almighty. What more would I want from my life? Being placed at the feet of the Almighty and reaching to that place is the ultimate goal of any life. I purify the waters in the lake and make them safe for my fellow water inhabitants.

This is how I would like my life to be, being useful. As a human, I would like my life to have some meaning. I would like my life and body to be useful to others whether I am alive or dead. So applying this, this is how I would want my life to be, even when I am not a human being.
With lots of love,

Low Calories cakes for Diabetes Part 2

Hi friends, I hope all are having good Diwali evening with their family and friends. So, it is festival time,so,thought of writing about a cake which has low calories and good for health.

VANILLA FROSTING:

2 egg whites, at room temperature
Cream of tartar (1/2-teaspoon)
Honey (1/4-cup)
vanilla extract (2 teaspoons)
1-cup instant nonfat dry milk powder

1. In a bowl, beat the egg whites until foamy. Add the cream of tartar and continue beating, adding the honey and vanilla.

2. Gradually add the nonfat dry milk powder, beating constantly, until the frosting is a good spreading consistency. It's not so hard to make a chocolate cake.

Carrot Cake:

This cake is favorite recipe of mine. If you don't like pecans, you can leave them out.

Ingredients:

4 eggs

1 1/4 cups vegetable oil

2 cups white sugar

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

2 cups all-purpose flour

2 teaspoons baking soda

2 teaspoons baking powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

3 cups grated carrots

1 cup chopped pecans

1/2 cup butter, softened

8 ounces cream cheese, softened

4 cups confectioners' sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup chopped pecans

Steps:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9x13 inch pan.

In a big bowl, beat together eggs, oil, white sugar and 2 teaspoons vanilla. Mix in flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt and cinnamon. Stir in carrots. Fold in pecans. Pour into prepared pan.

Bake in the preheated oven for 40 to 50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean. Let cool in pan for 10 minutes, then turn out onto a wire rack and cool completely.

To Make Frosting:

In a medium bowl, combine butter, cream cheese, confectioners' sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Beat until the mixture is smooth and creamy. Stir in chopped pecans. Frost the cooled cake.

So, that is all I have with me now. I will come up with more stuff like this.

With lots of love,

Madhu Vamsi..

Low Calories cakes for Diabetes

Hi friends, I have read recently cakes with low sugar and calories are made. So, I found the below two cakes very interesting:

MARBLE CHEESECAKE:

The combination of rich taste and creamy texture makes cheesecake one of the most beloved of all.

Ingredients:

1/3 cup (85 g/3 oz) low fat honey graham crackers (6 whole crackers)

1/2 cup toasted wheat germ

1 tablespoon plus I cup sugar

2 tablespoon extra-light olive oil

560 ml (19 oz) (about 2 cups) silken tofu, well drained

450 g (1 lb) fat-free cream cheese

3 tablespoons flour

1 large egg plus 2 large egg whites

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 cup chocolate syrup

Steps:

Preheat the oven to 180 c (350 f)

Combine the graham crackers, wheat germ, and 1 tablespoon of the sugar in a food processor and process into fine crumbs. Add the oil and process until moistened. Press the mixture into the bottom and partway up the sides of a 23-cm (9-in.) springform pan. Bake until set, about 10 minutes.

Add the tofu, cream cheese, flour, egg and egg whites, vanilla, and the remaining 1 cup sugar to the food processor and process until smooth.

Measure 1 cup of the tofu mixture into a small bowl and stir in the chocolate syrup. Pour the remaining filling into the crust. Pour the chocolate mixture in a ring on top of the filling and swirl in with a knife. Bake for 45 minutes. Turn off the oven and leave the cheesecake undisturbed for 45 minutes. Cool to room temperature before chilling overnight.

Tip: Instead of sugar, use an equal amount of sugar substitute such as Splenda Granular to reduce calories even more.

Fruit and Cream filled Sponge Cakes:

Ingredients:

2 tablespoons all-fruit preserves.

1 cup strawberries, blue-berries, raspberries, or other fruit, washed, trimmed and sliced as necessary.

1/4 cup blended low-fat yogurt (same flavor as fruit).

1/4 cup reduced-fat or fat-free sour cream.

8 sponge cake cups

Steps:

Place the preserves in a small dish and microwave for 1 minute to soften. Stir together with the fruit in a medium bowl, coating evenly.

Stir together the yogurt and sour cream in a small bowl, Spoon 2 to 3 tablespoons into each cake cup and top with 2 to 4 tablespoons of the fruit.

Some of the above cake recipe might make your Christmas and New Year cheerful. So what are you waiting? Go ahead try to make the homemade cake.

So, what are you waiting for friends, I have already tried these cakes courtesy my mom. She and me both together made the above two cakes. My father is happy that he can again eat these delicious yummy cakes. So, go try out and enjoy friends...

With lots of love,
Madhu Vamsi...

Australian squad without Symonds

Hi friends, Good morning to all of you. My love towards cricket is making me to write another post on cricket. Australia will tour India in the coming month that is October 2008 and they have to defend the Border Gavaskar Trophy but with young and inexperience team without Andrew Symonds.

I admire the way the Australian Cricket Board (now it is called "Cricket Australia") handle the affairs of Cricket in their country. What I like is no player is given more weightage in the team all are equally treated and performance is what is more important than the past glories or personal achievements of a individual player. This is the main reason why Aussies are able to produce great player’s continuously without any problem.

The domestic structure is awesome and players are keen to play more for their domestic team than to the national squad. Players never forget from where they came and respect their clubs and domestic team as well. There is separate players association which is setup by the former players and they are the members of this association and when any injustice happens to any player then this association will fight for the player against any body. If the player is found guilty of committing any mistake then the association will fight against that player as well.

When India last toured Australia under the captaincy of Anil Kumble, every one thought Australia will prepare some hostile pitches in their country to win the series against the Indians. But again the people’s prediction was made wrong and prepared some lovely sporting pitches for all the test matches.

It was unfortunate that umpiring was poor in this series and Australian team was criticized by their own media and people for not behaving properly on the field and the 2nd test played in Sydney, Jan 2008 was unfair match for the Indians. Harbhajan and Symonds incident was very poorly handled by the match referee. ICC should have come up with good pair of umpires insted of sticking with those old umpires.

Cricket Australia had punished Symonds for not showing full commitment towards the national team. Tell me how many countries will take much a bold step on famous player who is trump card for that team. This shows that no player is bigger than the game.

Symonds is still not coming out of that Harbhajan incident and he is not happy the way CA has handled the issue. But I personally feel Symonds too did not behave properly on the field, so, it was tit for tat matter, Harbhajan was punished for his bad language on field but ICC lifted the ban because other team too had misbehaved as well. ICC has not answer for the bad umpiring and so many controversies are coming out. So, ICC wanted to put an end to the controversies and get on with the game. In IPL too Harbhajan was punished for slapping Sreesanth. Harbhajan again escaped with small punishment but if he commits again then it is end of career for him.

Cricket Australia is giving chances to new players and I feel India should also try some new faces instead out of form players. BCCI is revolving around some set up players but frequent changing will not help the younger players to settle down. It is time for Sachin, Dravid, Ganguly and Laxman to show their batting aggression or else the series will be lost in the home.

This series will be covered by Neo Sports. I hope India come up with good performances and win back the Border Gavaskar Trophy which the Aussies won in their home 2-1. That’s all for now…More coming soon…signing off with love

Deepika Padukone new love

Hi, I was watching news channels and suddenly I stopped at a channel called 'India TV'. This channel is not having anything to show, so they are showing the love story of Deepika & Ranbir Kapoor. This same channel last time showed that Deepika is marrying Yuvaraj Singh, when they both met in Sydney. I am confused with this news channel, how many times this channel will create a new boyfriend for Deepika.

Yuvaraj Singh and Deepika...

Deepika in the above picture

Deepika, Ranbir Kapoor, Netu Kapoor (Ranbir's mother) went to a fashion show. I assume that Deepika went with Ranbir because her new film is releasing soon and the hero of the film is Ranbir. Ranbir Kapoor participated in the fashion show and while walking on the stage, he turned towards his mother & Deepika and gave a flying kiss. The news channel is showing that Ranbir could not control his feelings towards Deepika. Ranbir has publicly proposed Deepika and no more hiding can continue.

Ranbir Kapoor and Deepika during Filmfare Awards....

In my opinion the kiss might be to her mother or someone else or to Deepika. What does the news channel want to prove? Is it a national issue? or what? Just think and give ur valuable comments friends... : )

Yousuf Pathan knocks spoiled the Deccan Chargers day

Hi friends, Good morning and have a nice cool day on a hot summer day... The match 30 in DLF IPL T20 was between the Hyderabad Deccan Chargers vs Rajasthan Royal Challengers. This match was one sided because of Yousuf Pathan superb hitting. I felt very happy that a new player is ready to play for India.

Rajasthan Royals won the toss and put Deccan chargers to bat first. Gilchrist & Gibbs batted superbly upto 8 overs and score was 60 without loss. The first wicket felt when the score was 61 and after that Deccan chargers could not increase the score. Wickets fell at regular intervals and Gilchrist got out at wrong time. Gilly scored 61 in just 49 balls but remaining batsmen could not score quickly like him. Rohit Sharma, Scott Styris, Sanjay Bangar and Shahid Afridi got out very cheaply and Deccan Chargers were 105 for 6 in 16.2 overs. Thanks to Venugopal Rao who is very promising player scored a superb knock of 23 in just 11 balls and helped Deccan Chargers to reach a respectable target of 140 in 20 overs. Shane Warne & S Trivedi bowled superbly and took important wickets for their team.

Graeme Smith & Yousuf Pathan opened the innings for Rajasthan Royals and it was Pathan's day. Pathan in the early of his innings offered a simple catch which was not taken by Ravi Teja. After this Pathan hit the ball to all sides of the stadium and he scored 68 in just 37 balls. He was awarded the Man of the Match & DLF Maximum Sixes as well and his total earnings Rs.2,00,000/- in a day. Can anyone earn like him in one day???? Royals won the match easily and reached the target of 141-2 in just 16 overs.

I never understood why Deccan Chargers underused Venugopal Rao who is from my place Vizag. He scores hundreds of runs for Andhra Pradesh team in domestic cricket and played for Indian national squad as well. The Deccan Chargers management is expecting more from Gilchrist, Gibbs & Afridi which is not a good sign. Deccan Chargers performance is not good even if these players are playing and management have to give chances to young players instead of trying Afridi so many times after many failures. Afridi had played a stupid shot to Shane Warne which was the turning point. Afridi just faced one ball and in his second ball he wants to hit Shane Warne out of the park. It is ridiculous bcoz it is not that easy to hit Shane Warne when the ball is spinning. Deccan Chargers should try with Charma Silva who is better batsman then Afridi in my opinion. I hope in the next match Deccan chargers come up with a better strategy. Rajasthan Royals need only one more win to qualify for the Semi Finals and I am sure that Shane Warne lead team is outstanding with new young Indian players and that's all for now folks.

Hayden was too hot to handle for Knight Riders

The DLF IPL T20 match 11 was between Chennai Super Kings and Kolkata Knight Riders and everyone expect this match as close one. But this match turned out to be one sided and the reason for bad performance of Kolkata Knight Riders said by media that Shahrukh Khan was not present that is why team had played so badly. I would say KKR was over hyped with 2 back to back matches which were played against weak teams.

Bangalore Royal Challengers played the first match with rather weak team and lost the match 1 very badly against KKR. Hyderabad Deccan Chargers was about to win the game against Kolkata Knight Riders but 2 bad overs by Deccan Chargers spoiled the show. Chennai Super Kings outplayed the KKR and it is bullshit that without Shahrukh Khan the team performed played badly. King Khan is neither coach of team nor captain of the team and it is all the rubbish gossips created by media.

M.S.Dhoni led the Chennai Super Kings team very well and proved that he is best captain than Dravid or Ganguly in T20 format. When Chennai Super Kings lost the first wicket of Partiv Patel, Dhoni came in front of Hussey & Raina and blasted the ball to all parts of the ground. But the knock of Mathew Hayden is highlight of the match. He scored 70 runs in just 48 balls and hit 6 fours & 3 huge sixes. I wonder what will happen in future matches when Hayden & Hussey leave to Australia. I hope Dhoni might be having some ideas… Dhoni blasted a quick 43 runs in just 27 balls (3 fours & 2 sixes), what a captains knock, I admire captains who wants to perform and show an example to the team members.

Ganguly (12 runs) had horrible match with Kolkata Knight Riders, nothing went right for him. First of all his form is big concern, he had to yet fire a big knock in the tournament. Ponting (out for zero) is out form and his duck outs are proving very costly for the team. Mc Cullum also could not score a big score and was out for 24 runs. David Hussey was duck out and this proved very costly for Knight Riders. Laxmi Ratan Shukla saved the team with his quick 42 runs in just 33 balls and I would rate his innings as one of the best knocks under pressure. Kolkata Knight Riders somehow managed to reach 147 in 20 overs. Jacob Oram bowled a superb spell and took the key wickets of Mc Cullum, Ricky Ponting & Kartik and won the Man of the match award. But the highlight was the spell bowled by Muttaih Muralidaran and his bowling figures shows 4 overs and gave away 12 runs but no wickets. Chennai Super Stars chased the target successfully in 17 overs and won the match in style…

Coming to the match 12 between Bangalore Royal Challengers vs Jaipur Rajasthan Royals was one sided match. Royal challengers batting failed once again and Rahul Dravid opining the innings is not a good idea in my opinion. Rahul Dravid was out for duck and one stage his team was struggling to post a good competitive score for Rajasthan Royals. Ross Taylor and Praveen Kumar batted superbly and helped the Royal Challengers to reach a score of 135 in 20 overs which was not a good score to defend. Shane Watson opened the bowling for Rajasthan Royals and the first ball of the innings Rahul Dravid got out and Royal Challengers lost the first wicket without score on the board. Shane Watson took the wicket of S Chanderpaul and when he came to bat he just blasted all the bowlers of Bangalore Royal Challengers including Anil Kumble. He was awarded Man of the match which was right choice.

Finally, many of the Australia, New Zealand and West Indies players will leave the DLF IPL because of Australia is touring West Indies but some sources say that ACB (Australian Cricket Board) had given special permission for Australian players who are playing IPL. I feel sorry that new faces are not performing well because many of the players belong to U 19 team which won the ICC World Cup 2008 and these players have no experience in T20 format. I hope with exit of big foreign players from IPL these youngsters will get good chance to perform better. That’s all for now folks….

Mumbai Indians third consecutive win

Hi friends, the match between Chennai Super Kings vs Kolkata Knight Riders was very interesting but rain interrupted the match. Kolkata Knight Riders scored 149 for 5 in its 20 overs. Thanks to a wonderful knock by Salman Butt 73 in just 54 balls (10 fours and 1 six) but the top order batsmen of Knight Riders did not score much. Ganguly (2) and Hussey (0) were big flop before the home crowd in Eden Gardens, Kolkata. M Ntini took 4 wickets and bowled a tight line for Super Kings and was awarded with Man of match.

Chennai Super Kings did not lose any wicket and were ahead in run rate according to D/L method. When the play was interrupted by the rain then Super Kings score was 55 for no loss in eight overs. Chennai Super Kings won the match by 3 runs (D/L method).

Another match was played yesterday between Hyderabad Deccan Chargers vs Mumbai Indians in Hyderabad. Deccan Chargers won the toss and asked Mumbai Indians to bat first. This match was won by Mumbai Indians by 25 runs and I would blame that Deccan Chargers bowled the last overs very badly and gave away too many runs. Mumbai Indians some how reached the 179 in 20 overs and A Nayar (38 in just 24 balls), Jayasuriya (36 in just 15 balls), Sachin (23 in just 19 balls) and Bravo (30 in just 17 balls) played important knocks.

Deccan Chargers lost the first wicket when the score was just 7 in the second over of the match. Afridi got out for zero and later in the 5th over Gilchrist got out for 13 and then next ball Rohit Sharma was also out. Deccan Chargers were 20-3 in 4.3 overs and Venugopal Rao builds a partnership with Charma Silva but was no use. Deccan chargers lost wickets at regular bases and were not able to reach the target of 180 in 20 overs. Dwayne Bravo was named the Man of the Match. Deccan Chargers are already out of the tournament and Mumbai Indians registered its third consecutive victory. That's all for now friends and will be coming up with more.

Sanat Jayasuriya helped Mumbai Indians to win

Good morning and yesterday night the match 36 in DLF IPL T20 tournament between Mumbai Indians vs Chennai Super Stars was outstanding. I am happy to see Sachin back into the team and the Mumbai crowd supported the local team by shouting chants of Sachin!!! Sachin!!! But the show belongs to muscle man Sanath Jayasuriya, when he gets going then the bowlers have no option but to stick to a line close to his half stump. But Chennai Super kings bowlers keep on banging short pitch deliveries and Jayasuriya send those balls in to the stands very people are cheering him.

Sanath Jayasuriya blasted 114 runs in just 49 balls that included 11 sixes and 9 fours. This was the first century from a Sri Lanka player in this IPL and Sanath won 2 awards, one is for hitting maximum sixes and another for the Man of the match. Mumbai Indians reached the target of 156 in just 13.5 overs and Jayasuriya scored the winning run by hitting a straight four. Except Balaji all the remaining bowlers were hammered to all parts of the ground.

Earlier Sachin won the toss and elected to field first and Chennai Super King's openers were struggling to score quickly. Fleming was completely out of form and it is important that he comes into form in the remaining matches. Badrinath (53 in just 33 balls) and captain MS Dhoni (43 in just 35 balls) saved the team and helped the team to reach a fighting total of 156 in its 20 overs.

All the experts predicted that bowlers will get some assistance and it will be difficult target for Mumbai Indians to chase and win. But Jayasuriya played so fluently that who ever see the match live will think that nothing is there in the wicket. But I will salute to Jayasuriya for hitting even the good balls to sixes.

Dhoni made a mistake by not trying Balaji as new bowler and Morkel was not able to control the flow of runs. It is bad luck for Dhoni in this match and I know Super Kings will definitely come back strongly in the next match.

Later during the presentation ceremony, Jayasuriya told to media that he was privileged and delighted to play with Master Blaster Sachin Tendulkar. He even said, he will not forget this knock ever and Sachin eased pressure which was falling on him in last few matches. Tomorrow match is between Delhi Dare Devils vs Hyderabad Deccan Chargers.

Costlier teams are not performing in DLF IPL

Hi friends, Good afternoon and I have just recovered from viral fever which hunted me for a week. How are u all doing? Sorry for being irregular.

It is strange that costlier teams which are participating in DLF IPL T20 tournament are not performing well. Mukesh Ambani's Reliance Industries had bought the Mumbai Indians paying 111.9 million dollars and Vijay Mallya of the UB group bought the Bangalore Royal Challengers for 111.6 million dollars. The Deccan Chronicle group bought the Hyderabad Deccan Chargers for 107 million dollars.

Coming to performance of the Mumbai Indians, this team is yet to play as a unit and Sachin Tendulkar is also not yet played in this tournament due to groin injury. Harbhajan Singh made mess of his career by slapping Sreesant in front of public but thank god the Mumbai Indians started winning all the matches after the exit of the head strong sardar. Shaun Pollock is leading the team very well and Robin Uttappa, Bravo, Nayar, Nehar are showing consistency in their performance. I hope Sachin makes some difference to this team.

Bangalore Royal Challengers team is sitting at the bottom of the table and Rahul Dravid is struggling to make the team play like a unit. Vijay Mallya recently removed the CEO of the team and appointed new one and even planning to remove the coach of the team. But the real problem is that this team has too many test playing players. They are J Kallis, Rahul Dravid, Anil Kumble, S Chanderpaul & the list goes on. The above said players are not known for big hitting. I hope this team plays remaining matches with some competitive spirit.

The Hyderabad Deccan Chargers is another team which is struggling to win the game under pressure. Deccan Chargers have too many big hitters in the team but nobody is in the form and the bench strength of this team is underused by the team management. The team management is expecting too much from Adam Gilchrist, H Gibbs, S Afridi & Scott Styris and ignoring players like Charma Silva. Andrew Symonds left the team because he needs to represent for his national squad and Laxman had a hairline fracture on his wrist made the team even weaker. Rohit Sharma, Laxman, Symonds & Adam Gilchrist are showing some consistency in batting but remain players are yet to show their skills. I hope Deccan Chargers show some consistency and win the remaining matches.

So finally, the costlier teams are not playing up to their potentiality and for how many days franchises will keep the liability players in the team are a big question mark. In my next post, I will write about the other teams in IPL until then take care and bye.

Shaun Marsh is the star of IPL

Hi friends, Good evening and have nice cool day!! I am not posting much these days because I was having Viral fever and not feeling well. Today I got some strength to post and yesterday match between Mohali Kings XI Punjab and Bangalore Royal Challengers became a one sided match because of brilliant knock by Shaun Marsh.

I was surprised to see that Rahul Dravid is not sticking with a team and he is keeps on changing the team in regular bases. When Wasim Jaffer came into good form he was removed and new opener Arun Kumar was brought as opener. Bangalore Royal Challengers management is daily experimenting with opening spot and not coming up with good strategy.

The Bangalore team had set a modest target of 144 but Kings XI team started the chase in a brilliant manner. Dale Steyn banged in short pitch stuff thinking that Shaun Marsh and James Hopes are indian players and forgot that they are from Australia and good players of short pitch stuff. Zaheer Khan was also not able to show any jalwa or magic.

Earlier all the Royal Challengers batsmen struggled against the good bowling attack of Kings XI. VRV Singh was more effective and he was well supported by Irfan Pathan, Piyush Chawla and Sreesant. Misabal-ul-Haq was about to show his touch for Bangalore Royal Challengers but got out in very disappointed way in the form of Hit wicket. He score 21 in just 8 balls (3 fours and 1 six) and Rahul Dravid(29 in just 27 balls) and M Boucher (39 in just 31 balls) were other batsmen who played good knocks for Royal Challengers.

Mohali Kings XI Punjab reach the target of 144 in just 15.4 overs and Shaun Marsh was awarded the Man of Match for his brilliant knock of 71 in just 51 balls (9 fours and 2 sixes) and James Hopes was awarded the DLF maximum sixes for hitting maximum sixes in this match.

Finally, In my opinion Bangalore Royal Challengers are not coming up with right strategies and playing defensive cricket which is not suited for T20 cricket format. Royal Challengers are not playing as unit and from here it is hard for the team to reach Semi finals...

Mumbai Indians registered first win in DLF IPL

Hi friends, Good morning and have a nice cool day!!!!

The match 16th of DLF IPL T20 was a close one and it was between the Kolkata Knight Riders vs Mumbai Indians. Ganguly (Prince of Kolkata) won the toss and preferred to bat first. The Knight Riders soon lost 5 wickets in quick succession due to tight bowling by Mumbai Indians. Thanks to Shaun Pollock, Bravo, Sanath Jayasuriya and D Kulkarni for bowling very tight line and length.

Laxmi Ratan Shukla blasted a superb 40 runs in 20 balls (4 fours and 2 sixes) and helped the Knight Riders to reach a respectable target of 137 in 20 overs. He was awarded the DLF maximum sixes but the organizers did a small mistake by announcing S Jayasuriya as winner before announcing Shukla. Ponting, Ganguly, Mc Cullum and David Hussey were not able to score quickly in the top of the batting order. Debabrata Das played a promising knock 29 runs in 20 balls (5 fours and 1 six) but he was not able to make this knock a big one.

Mumbai Indians started the innings with Jayasuriya and Ajinkya Rahane but Rahane was out after scoring just 4 runs. Jayasuriya played a brisk knock of 18 in just 10 balls (3 fours & 1 six). But he was soon dismissed by tall and fast bowler Ishant Sharma and Manish Pandey got out for duck in the next over under the bowling of Ashok Dinda, who bowled a superb line to Pandey in his first over. Mumbai Indians were in danger of batting collapse but Robin Uttappa and Dwayne Bravo steadied the innings with a match winning partnership.

Bravo blasted 64 in just 53 balls (8 fours and 1 six) and Uttappa came up with 37 runs in just 37 balls. The spinners of Knight Riders were disappointing in this match and Kartik & Hafeez bowled very badly in this match. I felt that Knight Riders were playing only with 3 specialist bowlers and they were Ishant Sharma, Ajit Agarkar and Ashok Dinda. The other 4 bowlers were Ganguly, Shukla, Kartik and Hafeez who were not at all impressive in this match. Mumbai Indians chased the target very comfortably in 18.4 overs and Jayasuriya was declared the Man of the Match for his spell of 4-1-14-3(overs-maidens-runs given-wickets) and quick 18 runs while batting.

Finally, I am happy that Mumbai Indians’ pull of a victory and in the next match Master blaster Sachin Tendulkar will be playing. This is perfect boost for the Mumbai Indians and Knight Riders team need to look into their batting and come up with good strategy in the next match. Tomorrow match 17 will be between the Delhi Dare Devils vs Bangalore Royal Challengers in Delhi. Both the teams lost their last matches. That’s all for now

With lots of Love,

This is how GVMC works

Hi friends, How is life ??? I want to show you the condition of road in Visakhapatnam and this road is just behind the Municipal Corporation. In Visakhapatnam the Municipality is called as Greater Visakhapatnam Municipal Corporation (GVMC). The road was dug in the middle and it was like that for months. Many people are having problem to go out of the apartments and no one care including the GVMC.

What I don't like is that no proper plan or schedule to repair the road. The road was dug for the underground drainage. But for how many days road will be like that and imagine if rain falls what will be the state of road & it is horrible to imagine for me. Simple thing is proper planning needed of the hour and even if planning is there the corporation is lazy to work is what I feel. Anyhow people are used & no fighting attitude.

GVMC is the body where all panchayati's around Visakhapatnam were merged in to the GVMC. Panchayathi's were doing atleast some decent work to the locals atleast but GVMC is not at all taking the issues seriuosly & the city roads have become horrible. GVMC is more interested in collecting taxes than doing basic services to the people. Many people in the city have a compromise attitude. Recently, our area was merged into GVMC and to my surprise our house tax payment notice was showing the name of some new person instead of my father who is the owner of my house. The name has wrongly printed was the answer given by authorities when I contacted GVMC & after several months my father's name was correctly appeared on the payment receipt. I thanked god and this is the state of working procedure of GVMC. Mistake is done by GVMC & I have to write a big letter that the name was wrongly printed on the receipt & had to submit several copies to different person's to get correction of the bill. Then I understood why the people have compromise attitude. I don't know when will the working standards improve in Government organizations.

Please give your valuable comments friends.

With lots of love

No proper strategy by Team India

The second test of the Future cup is won by South Africa by inning and 90 runs. Indians were never in the game for all 3 days, South Africa dominated and never allowed Indian batsman to settle down.

Media and Ex-cricketers criticized the pitch in Chennai. But look if a sporting wicket is given Indian batsman danced to the tunes of Ntini & Steyn. Indian batsman even struggled against the bowling of P Harris & Morkel. J Kallis, N McKenzie & A.B De Villiers played a match winning knocks in the first innings. De Villiers won the Man of the Match award for his double hundred in the first innings.

India as ever had no consistency in the test cricket format. One day India plays outstanding game which we don’t expect and on another day u will see them playing like minnows of the cricket.

Players who I think missed out in Ahmedabad test match are Gautham Gambhir, Yuvaraj Singh, Ishant Sharma, Rohit Sharma and Sachin Tendulkar. Wasim Jaffer is struggling for form and in Indian conditions team management should have tried with Gautham Gambhir from the first test or any other opener who is heavily scoring runs and in good form. Yuvaraj Singh can take the place of Tendulkar if Pathan or Ganguly opens the innings. Yuvaraj can play well on this bounce track of Ahmedabad, Yuvi is bit weak against the spinners but South African team has only one spinner to deal with is not big problem. But taking Yuvi into the team is optional to team management.

Indian pace duo of R.P.Singh & Sreeshant is not taking wickets early. Singh is fully out of form and not able swing the ball, so, Ishant Sharma should have come in place of any 2 fast bowlers or in place of Harbhajan Singh.

Finally, Indian team is missing the master blaster Sachin Tendulkar, he is the correct person who guides his partner at other end and he plays coolly on tough bouncy pitches. But he is injured so Indian cannot expect his services.

I hope Indian team management comes up with good strategy in the coming test in near future.

Good show against the world Champions

Hi friends, to win a One Day Internationals against the Australia, any team have to first perform well in all the departments like good fielding, batting & most important thing is bowling. Aussies team can bat up to number 11 and had showed it against the Sri Lanka, Australia lost the 9th wicket at the score around 141 approx. But the last wicket pair of Brett Lee (37) & Bracken (14 not out) took the Australian team’s score close to 221 & lost the game by 13 runs. So when playing against Australia one should not thing they have won the game unless you make all the 10 players out.

Sri Lanka played the game very positively against the Australian team. First of all they (Sri Lanka) put up a good total on the board after the top order of the Sri Lanka collapsed. But Jayawardena (51) & Dishan (61) has put a very good partnership and saved the Sri Lanka from yet another poor batting performance. C Silva played a cameo but the tail of Sri Lanka could not drag the total to 250 but end up with a reasonable total of 221.

Australian openers Gilchrist (83 off 50 balls) & Hopes started a first wicket partnership of 107 runs without loss of any wicket and everybody thought that Australia is cruising to victory. But the 2 openers departed after good partnership and suddenly the middle order of the Australian team collapsed. The Sri Lanka bowlers pitched the ball at right areas to get rid of the players like Ponting, Clarke, Hussey, etc. Symonds got out to a wide ball & he was duck out. Ponting, Gilchrist, Symonds, Hussey & Clarke are the main batsman without them it is hard for Australian team to win the game. But I was wrong again the match turned towards the Australian team’s way. Brett Lee & Bracken took the Australian team close to the winning target with 14 more need in 13 balls but Jayasuriya bowled a beauty which was not short enough to pull the ball. But Brett Lee tried to pull ball and missed it. He was clean bowled and the Sri Lanka team won the game very narrowly. Australia was bowled out for 208 in 48.1 overs. Mathew Hayden was rested for this match.

Both India & Sri Lanka were able to win the game against the Australians because of Aussies overconfidence & poor form of players like Ponting, Symonds & Hussey. The Indian & Sri Lankan teams improved the fielding & bowling very drastically and not allowing the Aussies batsman to get away with a flyer. Only in the one game Australia scored more than 300 runs & India chased it but lost the game narrowly. So other teams also should plan well & stop the dominance of Australian cricket team in the World Cricket.

Indian colts are the New ICC World Cup Champs

Hi Friends,
Indian cricket teams both seniors & juniors made public of India happy with a good wins on a super Sunday. First the Indian seniors who beat Australia in CB Tri Series, SCG, Australia and then Indian Under-19 cricket team won the ICC World Cup after eight years. A trilling 12- run victory was registered over the South Africa in a rain affected final in Kinrara Oval, Kuala Lumpur on 2nd March that is yesterday. Indian Under-19 team won this tournament for the second time, having captured the crown in 2000 in Sri Lanka under the captaincy of Md. Kaif.

India was first put into bat and wicket was more suited to bowlers. India was bowled out for 159 in 45.4 overs, but Indian bowlers came to the party and restricted the South Africans to 103/8 in 25 overs after the target was adjusted to 116 because of rain delay. It was unfortunate that South Africans loss the game so closely.

Man of the match was given to Ajitedh Argal who turned the match for India by taking 2 early wickets. His quota was reduced to five overs due to the rain interruption. Ravinder Jadeja (2-25) & Siddarth Kaul (2-26) also bowled superb line & length to keep the South African batsman in check & did not allow them to score freely.

Reeza Hendricks (35) and Wayne Parnell (29) were the main batsmen who scored for the South Africans but they were also not allowed to score freely by the tight line of the Indian bowlers. Chasing 160 for victory in 50 overs, Proteas were 17 for 3 in 18.4 overs when rain interrupted. R Henricks was batting on 7 while J Vandiar, the other batsman on crease, was yet to open his account. The target was revised later to 116 in 25 overs according to the D/L formula.

India’s batting collapsed to the disciplined South African bowling and agile fielding. India was dismissed for just 159 in 45.4 overs. The top scorer was Tanmay Srivastava 46 (74 balls, 4x4, 1x6) and the remaining Indian batsman did not contribute much because of brilliant bowling of the Proteas. Wayne Parnell was the strike bowler for South Africans, he claiming two wickets conceding only 21 runs. Matthew Arnold and Roy Adams also scalped two victims apiece.

Tauwar Kohli (1) was first to go & then India lost 3 quick wickets. There were hardly any significant partnerships thereafter and the biggest partnership was worth only 47, between Srivastava and skipper Virat Kohli (19). But after that stand, wickets kept falling and the South African fielders kept them under pressure and affected two run-outs.

George Barnes the Proteas Wicketkeeper was at his best, claiming three catches and affecting a run-out. Indian team after scoring such a low score needed a special effort in the field to claim the World Cup. India did it in style and some credit goes to the team coach D Whatmore. He trained the team like an international team. During the presentations the rain came back heavily & the ceremony was finished off very quickly.

Parents and child

Roots
stuck in the quiet earth
buried they lay
sending their inner self
shooting up
in precise majesty
to stand in a
stately form
the tree…

Roots,
Their beauty is seen
in the lithe green
of the tender leaves
in the
young ecstasy
of the opening buds..

Roots
In a solemn silent voice
sing to the sun
a ‘balmy song
filling the air
with a mystic tranquility
sending covenants
to nurture
the tender sapling
filling it with
life sustaining energy

Yet
roots
are never remembered
when the tree
is venerated, praised
The tree too thinks
“I am towering
over everything
sky and stars are
within my reach”

when boughs and leaves
wan and pale over the years
when the trunk
is filled with indents and scars
when happy prime
is not the clime
The tree
seeks some succor
vitality and vigour
from
its caring custodians
the deeply holding roots…

Parents and child
Roots and tree
This is the
Mystery of life…

Mike Hussey demolished Kings XI bowling

Hi friends, Good evening and I hope you have a nice day....

The Second DLF IPL match was between the Chennai Super Kings (CSK) Vs Mohali Kings XI Punjab (MKP). CSK batted first and Brett Lee bowled his first over of the match very decently. Partiv Patel started hitting three consecutive 4's in the second over and it was first over of Sreeshant from here onwards CSK was hitting fours and sixes in regular bases…

Partiv Patel was first to depart to Pavilion and here comes Mike Hussey. Hussey hit the ball very sweetly and he showed his jalwa to the audience in the Mohali cricket stadium. Hayden was got out after a good score of 25(17 balls) and then MS Dhoni who was the highest paid player in the landmark auction could only make 1 run (3 balls). Hussey took the responsibility from here and blasted a fastest century in T20 cricket history. He scored 116 in just 54 balls (8 fours and 9 sixes) and help the Chennai Super Kings (CSK) to reach a target of 240 in 20 overs, it is the highest target in T20 cricket history. Badrinath scored a valuable knock of 31(14 balls 3 fours and 2 sixes) remained with Hussey till the end of the innings. Suresh Raina scored a brisk 32 off just 13 balls (2 fours & 3 sixes).

Mohali Kings XI Punjab (MKP) gave good chase to CSK's target and lost the game my just 33 runs. James Hopes 77(33 balls, 10 fours & 3 sixes) & K Goel 24 (19 balls, 2 fours & 1 six) gave a good opening stand and run rate was going very smoothly when this partnership was going. But after the dismissal of J Hopes suddenly the middle order of MKP could not accelerate the run rate and runs. Sangakara played a good knock and scored 54 off just 33 balls but got out at the wrong time and Muralidaran picked up Sangakarra's wicket. Yuvaraj was not able to show any dhamaka and he got out for a score of 23 off just 13 balls. MKP team able to score 207/4 in 20 overs and lost the game by 33 runs still to score...I enjoy this match very match and both the teams have played very well but Hussey innings was outstanding. Man of the match was Mike Hussey..

The third match of IPL was between Delhi Dare devils & Jaipur Rajasthan Royals. Aksay Kumar showed some daring stunts and entertained the crowd. But this match was very boring and one sided match. The Jaipur Rajasthan Royals team was very weak in batting and posted a competitive target of just 130 in 20 overs. But Delhi Dare devils chased the target successfully without facing any trouble. I hope Shane Warne comes up with good ideas for his team. He could not show any magic in his bowling. But Mc Grath bowled super spell for Delhi Dare Devils.

In IPL, I am able to see Shane Warne against G Mc Grath and Mike Hussey & M Hayden against Brett Lee & J Hopes. I have to yet to see the top Indian players to come up with good brisk innings. Ganguly, MS Dhoni, Dravid, Yuvaraj & Shewag did not show any jalwa and foreign players like Mc Cullum & Mike Hussey played superb knocks which they never played like that for their respective countries...I think Sachin will show a jalwa for Indians very soon… I have lot of hopes but I am not sure whether he is fully fit from his injury......That's all for now...

With lots of love,

Madhu Vamsi...

Yousuf Pathan ka Dhamaal

The Match 9 of DLF IPL T20 was thriller to watch but my team again lost because of poor fielding and bad bowling by the experience players. Andrew Symonds blasted a fastest century of the tournament, 117 runs in just 53 balls (11 fours & 7 sixes) and won the DLF maximum sixes of the match award.

Hyderabad Deccan Chargers were in trouble when 2 wickets feel in the 3rd over of the match and it was the first over of Yousuf Pathan's over. Gilchrist (13) & Afridi (10), two dangerous hitters of Deccan Chargers were out without trouble much the scorers. Shane Warne the captain of Jaipur Rajasthan Royals smartly introduced Yousuf Pathan. Warne knows that Gilchrist is very tentative in early of his innings against the spinners. Soon Gilchrist was stumped behind the wicket by Kamran Akmal and then came the blind hitter Afridi. He hit one four and a six and already 15 runs of the over. Afridi too another chance and got out to Pathan. Deccan Chargers were struggling and Symonds builds a 100 runs partnership with Rohit Sharma. Deccan Chargers set a target of 215 runs to win.

Jaipur Rajasthan Royals started brilliantly with the new opening pair of Akmal & Greme Smith. But Akmal was dismissed by Chaminda Vaas in his second over. Here comes the new budding star of India Yousuf Pathan who played a superb innings under pressure. He blasted the fastest fifty of the tournament in just 20 balls. He was finally got out when his score was 61 and took just 28 balls to score. Pathan was declared the Man of the Match.

Greme Smith kept his cool and build important partnership with Kaif. Smith scored a quick 71 in 45 balls and Kaif scored 34 in 16 balls. Kaif hit 3 huge sixes of Andrew Symonds in one over which was the turning point of the match. But both Kaif and Smith got out in the same over and Afridi was the bowler. Afridi was about to get the first Hat trick of the tournament but Yadav dropped a simple catch which is offered by Ravindra Jadeja. Bad luck to Afridi!!!!

Royals needed 17 runs of the last over of the match and Laxman asked Symonds to bowl the last over. I thought that the match is lost here because Symonds did not bowling very well in the last to 2 matches and captain of the team is expecting too much from him. Shane Warne showed his experience here and he picked up the spots where to hit the fours very cleverly. The third ball was hit straight over the head of the bowler for a four. The fourth ball was hit on the on-side stands for a huge six and the fifth ball was hit to the off-side for a six. Warne finished the match in style and Symonds gave away 47 runs in just 2.5 overs and it was the expensive spell in this tournament.

Finally, this is the third straight defeat for Deccan Chargers and I feel other than Symonds & Rohit Sharma, no other batsmen are chipping in with good scores. Bowling is hopeless and Herchille Gibbs joined the team 1 day back. Hyderabad Deccan Chargers new players are not have good experience of T20 cricket that is why struggling. I hope team management comes up with good strategies in coming matches...

With Lots of love,

Madhu Vamsi....

Welcome movie preview

“WELCOME” the film that show a strong ensemble of star cast with director Anees Bazmee at the helm of affairs proved to disappoint when coming to its musical front.

The writer cum director Anees Bazmi does the festival farce with more finesse.

The music is filled with names like Himesh Reshammiya, Anand Raj Anand and Sajid-Wajid but still the music was proved to be big zero other then the chartbusting track “Uncha Lamba Kad”.

A comedy bonanza that has stars like Akshay kumar, Anil kapoor, Nana Patekar, Feroz khan and Paresh Rawal in main role. Thought the promotion was very well done and the film having multi stars the movie is neither a chartbusting like OM SHANTI OM nor it is like the movie NO ENTRY. The movie avoids crudity most of the way even as the goofball antics of the characters gets progressively outlandish. The cars breaks into two halves, guns go off in the wrong direction and the cast look more crazed then people in mental asylum.

The leading actors in the comic role are Nana Patekar and Anil Kapoor. The role of Anil Kapoor as a funny Don is rocking. Whereas Akshay Kumar seems to do the same bore acting as he has done in his previous movies. Paresh Rawal and Feroz khan have justified there roles and as expected Katrina Kaif again proved she is best as a model then actress with her downgraded action. Mallika Sherawat thought have a small portion as guest appearance she gave good performance from her side.

When coming to music though there is combination of versatile like Shanker Mahadevan and Anand Raj Anand it was not up to there standards. The title track by Sajid-Wajid renders some entertainment. Director Anees Bazmee has given his last comedy with his movie NO ENTRY that had some enticing massy tracks. Finally I do not know what the director wants to welcome here! Average to watch.

South Indian actress Trisha Krishnamurthy

Hi friends,

Good Evening, I am sharing my views on Trisha...Trisha Krishnan is one of the most popular south Indian actresses and she is young, talented and charming. Her birth name is Trisha Krishnamurthy and she was born on May 04, 1983 in Palakkad, India. Her father is Krishnan and her mother is Uma Krishnan. She has got several advantages to shine in the film field like her ability to handle multiple languages with ease, her frisky and charming nature and a very attractive body structure and many more.

Friends call her ‘honey’ and once you come to know this beautiful young thing, you will know how sweet this honey actually is. She speaks English, Hindi, Tamil and French. She completed her education in Ethiraj College and Church Park College. She was a very good student and everybody in the college wanted to be her friend.

Trisha is the only child of her parents and she still lives along with her parents and her grandmother. Even from her school days she used to participate in cultural programs and other competitions like dance competition in the school and clubs and drama competitions. During this period she got interested in the ballet dance and she couldn’t resist the temptation to join a dance class. She loved all performing events specially dancing. Her teachers and fellow students loved her for the kind of talent she displayed. She studied in the same school as former Tamil Nadu Chief Minister J.Jayalalitha

She started her career as a model. She had been a model for many popular brands including Pepsi, Fair and Lovely, Medimix, Josco Jewelers, Prince Jewelers, Kumaram Silks etc. Young Trisha nabbed lots of attention from these add movies and she has become one of the most familiar add film models after doing all these big add films.

During her modeling periods, she tried her hands in the Miss Chennai Contest 99 and nabbed a stunning victory; she also bagged ‘Miss Beautiful Smile’ title in the femina contest. She cat walked for almost all the leading designers in south India and she also appeared in a hit Phalguni Pathak video called ‘Meri Choonar Ud Ud Jaye’.

She started her movie career with a cameo role in a movie called ‘Jodi’ in 1999 and this was a good starting for her because a leading role in a movie was waiting for her in the near future. That happened with her next movie called ‘Leysa Leysa’ (2002)-a Priyadarshan movie in which she played the titular role of Balamani.

She had to face few flops during the early stage of her career in the form of ‘Manasellam’ and ‘Alai’. But this never affected her confidence and she continued to work hard and she always tried to give everything she has got to each and every project she signed. This dedicated and hardworking attitude always kept her right on track and in the same year she won critical acclaim for her wonderful performance in ‘Mounam Pesiyadhe’ opposite to Surya.

Later she signed a movie called ‘Sammy’ against Tamil superstar Vikram and the movie was one of the biggest hit of that year. In the very next year she delivered another huge hit in the form of ‘Gilli’ with Super Star Vijay. In 2004 she won two major awards viz Filmfare Best Actress Award (Telugu) and Santosham Best Actress Award for a film called ‘Varsham’. Another film she was called up for was Mani Ratnam's Aayitha Ezhuthu with Siddharth Narayan, Madhavan and Surya, which was the only time she dubbed herself for a film.

Her 2006 hit Telungu film ‘Stalin’ created a national record by collecting Rs. 130.8 million in five days, this film is one of the biggest international hits from south India ever. She is currently acting in one Telugu film, Aadavari Matalaku Ardhalu Verule opposite Venkatesh directed by Selvaraghavan. She also has three Tamil films, Bheema with Vikram, Kireedam with Ajith and Sathyam with Vishal. However Vishal's next movie will be Malaikottai.

Although she had to face several flops and averages in the beginning and almost in all phases of her career, she was always successful enough and powerful enough-in personal level and industry level- to place her bright in the skies of the south Indian movie industry as a glittering star masking all the blemishes. But when compared to the huge hits in her bag her defeats are so tenuous that it doesn’t even appear on the screen of her life.

Her movie idols are Julia Roberts, Tom Hanks & Manisha Koirala and her favourite movies are ‘The English Patient’ and ‘Silence of the Lambs’. She loves music, reading and animals. And she remembers that the most unusual thing she ever tried is calling a spirit!

Celebrity Engagement Rings

The marriage proposal becomes a delicate affair, when romance blossoms into a need for long lasting commitments. Even today, there are husbands-to-be who assume the classical posture and go down on knee to ask their lover for marriage. The marriage proposal does not have any meaning without an engagement ring. Moreover, latest trend in engagement rings are the big ones (i.e. as bigger as it gets, so much better). Everybody is fascinated with celebrity jewelry, so are the most enticing pieces among the engagement ring’s collection. Celebrity engagement rings not only highlight romantic love, but also epitomize that star’s happily-ever-after life.

Some well known celebrity engagement rings

Celebrity engagements rings have become a pleasure for the jewelry lovers. The key factor may not be the size of the diamond. It is combination of the engagement ring itself and the famous personality associated with it, which make some of these rings so famous and recognizable.

Elizabeth Taylor wore an almost 30-carat emerald cut diamond ring for her third engagement.

Jennifer Lopez’s, when she was engaged with Ben Affleck wore a 6-carat radiant shaped pink diamond ring; a stone that costs more than $3 million.

A ring of 18-carat deep blue oval sapphire circled by fourteen diamonds was worn by Lady Diana in her engagement with Prince Charles.

The 24-carat emerald cut diamond ring highlighted Paris Hilton’s engagement.

Donald Trump’s bride-to-be Melanie Knauss wore a 12-carat emerald cut engagement ring.

A 4-carat engagement ring of Jessica Simpson’s was in an unusual pear-shape, set in platinum with stones on two sides.

Katie Holmes’ when she got engaged with Tom Cruise wore a 5-carat ring with an oval-shaped diamond set in platinum and rose gold with a complicated pave setting. The ring’s band had a split-shank.

Camilla Parker Bowles wore an emerald ring accented by baguettes on each side, set delicately in platinum with an art deco style when she was wed to Prince Charles.

Reese Witherspoon’s was a 4.5-carat Asscher cut engagement ring

A ring of 5-carat and a three stone design with bezel settings was worn by
Madonna.

Queen Elizabeth wore classic 3-carat diamond set in platinum with five smaller stones on her engagement.

Christina Aguilera wore a $54,000 worth 20-carat diamond engagement ring designed by the prominent jeweler, Stephen Webster on her engagement with Jordan Bratman.

Whitney Houston got a 4-carat oval-shaped center stone with trillions on the sides ring for her engagement with Bobby Brown.

How to choose your celebrity ring

Most couples do not have the capacity to choose as royalty or celebrities can do. Therefore, couples must first decide which feature of a celebrity engagement ring that they want to imitate.
This choice may include characteristics like size, design, style, price, imitated or real precious stone etc.

Size:

If your attraction of a celebrity engagement ring is on the size, then most couples cannot pay for it. However, it is possible to duplicate a celebrity ring’s size with low-quality imitation diamonds or gemstones. It is considerably low in price and can be afforded by many. However, it may not have the same glitter as the real one. One among such types that can be replicated is Cubic zirconia exorbitant rings as it is comparatively affordable yet stills a gorgeous option.
Another method to duplicate a celebrity ring’s size is to regulate the settings or style of the ring, to imitate its appearance of the original. For example, to afford a bigger center stone a different quality metal such as white gold can be used as a substitute for a more expensive metal like platinum.

Genuineness:
For a genuine celebrity model ring, the easy way to make is, to proportionally decrease the size of the whole ring. That is by using an 18-carat center stone; it would be possible to make a beautiful copy of Princess Diana engagement ring. This contains a smaller sapphire surrounded by smaller diamonds while the copy may not be the same.
Imitation Rings:
Another option to replicate a ring with proper size and appearance is to go for a complete replica ring. That is, rings without true gemstones and without gold or another precious metal. However, most couples may not accept these choices for an engagement ring, as it is a unique way for a substitute of choosing a copy ring of favorite celebrity.

Cost:
Original celebrity engagement rings may cost well above a two-month salary for an average salaried employee. For such the replicated rings are affordable and the best option. A high-quality celebrity engagement ring may cost up to $1,000 and the lowest end of the price bracket includes replica rings that sell for less than $100. The cost can be still reduced by using imitated precious metals and attractive gems. The choice depends on the budget of a couple, the intent of the ring or quirky substitute, and the overall quality of the piece.
So it all adds up to the fact that, it depends on how memorable and different you want to make the occasion. If you want to make your loved-one feel special then make a go for the best one. Truly it’s a once in the life event.

Cricketers are no more having Sporting spirit

HI friends,

Good evening to all of you.. Cricket is no more a gentleman's game. I have never seen so worst game in my life and unfortunately the match was the 2nd Test match between India and Australia in Sydney. Ponting has no sporting spirit and he has proved to the world yesterday. The positive aspect in the game is the knocks of Mathew Hayden, Sachin Tendulkar, Mike Hussey, VVS Laxman centuries. I don't like to include the innings of Andrew Symonds because he too has no sporting spirit & he has achieved the hundred with the help of bad umpiring.

Some of the good bowling performances were of Brett Lee,Anil kumble, Staurt Clark, Michael Clarke (Who took quick 3 wickets of Indian tail to help Aussies to win the test match), R.P.Singh, Ishant Sharma(Bad luck for not getting wicket of A Symonds) & Harbhajan Singh. Here also I don't like to put the name of Andrew Symonds in the above list and he was the person who appealed wildly to balls which pitch outside the 3 stumps & asking for a leg before the wicket. Fortunately Mr. Symonds able to get one wicket of Dhoni. Rahul Dravid was given out when ball brushed the pads, dravid wicket was also taken by Symonds.

In the first innings Indian bowlers quickly removed Australian top order and were in process to remove Australian batsman for less than 250 runs. Here comes Mr. Steve Buckner the umpire who did not give out when Andrew Symonds nicked the ball & gave a catch comfortably to Dhoni. Symonds score was 30 runs & later this same batsman got 2 more life's, one with the help of Steve Buckner & another in the form of 3rd umpire. With that many life's it is enough for Mr Symonds to save the game for Australia. He score 162 not out & with him Brad Hogg build a partnership & Australia able to come out of low score to some 400 plus runs.

In the first innings India too was in trouble when Jaffer was given out to a no-ball (here the umpire was admiring the yorker of Brett lee forget to give the no ball) but Dravid & Laxman built a decent partnership and dravid got out on 53, India was 182-2. Laxman played terrific knock & scored 109 & was out soon after dravid got out and India's score was reading 185-3.The master blaster Sachin Tendulkar partnered with ganguly & score was moving smoothly. Ganguly got out when playing a poor shot and his score was 67 & suddenly India lost 4 quick wickets in hurry and India's score was reading 345-7, 92.5 overs. Then came Harbhajan Singh who partnered with Sachin Tendulkar & played a superb knock & helped Indian score to reach 500 & got out when Singh's personal score was reading 63. The tail of India stretched the lead to 69 runs. Here Sachin should have attacked a bit more but he did not do so. India was all out for 532... Brett lee took 5 wickets for the Aussies.

In the 2nd innings Australia came up with good batting displays from Hayden 123, Hussey scored 145 not out, P jaques with a 42, Symonds with 61, remaining batsman got out cheaply & Australia achieved a lead of 332 & India was given a target of 333 to win the test match. India need to score those runs in alloted 72 overs.

The whole drama started in the 2nd innings, first Jaffer was quick to depart. Laxman & Sachin got out to Staurt Clark. India was struggling when the score was reading 54-3. Dravid was dropped by Mr. Symonds in the slips and it was an straight easy catch. Dravid & Ganguly build a beautiful partnership to save the day for India. Unfortunately Dravid was given out and replays clearly show that the ball has brushed the pads and not the bat. Ganguly was also given out & umpire instead of consulting the third umpire consulted the Australian captain for giving out. See the picture below. Later in press conference Ponting came up with a some excuse.

Yuvaraj was quick to depart. Dhoni & Anil Kumble build a good partnership and the match was again heading to a draw. Here the he-man Dhoni kept on playing with legs instead of bat in one full over of symonds, then in another over Dhoni applied same tactics here the umpire gave out to a ball which pitched outside the half stump & turned a bit towards the half stump. But on another day in different situation the umpire would not have given out for that ball. Here the fault is Dhoni's. He should have learned the way Anil Kumble batted. Then Harbhajan played good attacking shots but when Michael Clarke came to bowl the last before over, he got a beauty which bounced & hit the edge & went into the slips. R.P.Singh too was given out quickly by umpire (another poor decision, the ball pitched on the leg stump & hitting the pad above the knee & ball was traveling outside the leg stump when contacting the pad. The batsman was forward as well). The last wicket was the repeat of Harbhajan Singh's dismissal. The Australians players celebrated wildly without bothering to shake the hands with Indians players.

The umpires were clearly playing for Australians in this game & instead of giving Man of match to Symonds, the award should be given to Steve Buckner,Benson & last but no least the third umpire. The umpiring was poor in the first test MCG as well. Where Yuvaraj Singh was given out in the same fashion Dravid was given out & some other Indian players were facing bad decision. This itself shows that Australia is poor in sportive spirit. Umpires were bribed & Australia were not able to get out India, so played cheap tricks... I hope if this tour continues, India should win atleast one test & show the world that they are not less than Aussies team....

After humilating India with a bad umpiring, Harbhajan Singh was accused with Racial assault. Match referee listened to Mr Micheal Clarke & another player who were far away from the incident & slashed a ban of 3 tests match on Harbhajan, Australia wants Ricky Ponting to play a good knock in the next test match if Harbhajan is in the playing 11 Mr.Ponting will never able to go towards a big knock,so plot was planned. The match referee & ICC are so blind & deaf that they are listening to only one party that is the host nation. Even if ICC uplift the ban the bad name for Harbhajan will never be wiped out. Australia played dirty game with Mutaih Muralidharan because Aussies were not able to play him comfortably....
